F&B Attendant

Serve guests across SoJo Spa Club's food outlets, working the floor between the pools, saunas, and dining areas of the bathing venue.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests to the food outlets, anticipating their needs.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and provide suggestions based on guests' taste.
• Use the POS and pager systems to take orders and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver food promptly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitised environment, completing assigned cleaning tasks as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as outlined by management.

Requirements

• Food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) customer service experience required.
• Expectation to learn and maintain knowledge of the current POS system.
• Must be able to be mobile consistently during the shift and to carry up to 15 pounds.

Compensation and benefits

$16.50-$17.50 / hour
