Facilities Technician

Maintain Bathhouse guest and mechanical spaces, including HVAC, pools, saunas, steam, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior, exterior, and mechanical areas for maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair projects across amenity systems.
• Track work logs, manage supplies, and coordinate with operations and hospitality teams.

Requirements

• Around four years of facilities maintenance or building operations experience.
• Apprenticeship or trades experience such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible hospitality schedules.

Compensation and benefits

$35-$37 / hr
