Facilities Technician
Brooklyn, NY · Full-time · $35-$40 / hr
Maintain Bathhouse guest and mechanical spaces, including HVAC, pools, saunas, steam, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect interior, exterior, and mechanical areas for maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair projects across amenity systems.
- Track work logs, manage supplies, and coordinate with operations and hospitality teams.
Requirements
- Around four years of facilities maintenance or building operations experience.
- Apprenticeship or trades experience such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible hospitality schedules.
Compensation and benefits
$35-$40 / hr
