Facilities Technician

Support the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of Bathhouse Philadelphia's guest, back-of-house, and mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across HVAC, pools, saunas, steam, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and complete repair projects safely while keeping mechanical spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Track work logs, manage tools and parts inventory, and coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and hospitality teams.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship or trade experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or similar hands-on maintenance disciplines.
• Around four years of facilities maintenance, building operations, or similar experience; hospitality or spa experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., use diagnostic tools, and work flexible evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

Compensation and benefits

$30-$32 / hr
