Serve food and beverages across the dining facilities at Peninsula Hot Springs, a casual role of about 15–20 hours a week including some weekend and evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at any of the venue's dining facilities.
- Work with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Keep service areas to the highest standard of hygiene and tidiness.
- Serve small and large group bookings and events.
Requirements
- Previous à la carte, functions or fast-paced café experience is highly advantageous; coffee experience preferred.
- Food and beverage knowledge and a strong work ethic.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and a National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.
- Weekday availability with some weekend and evening shifts.
