Front Desk Agent

Welcome guests and coordinate front-desk flow at a Nordic spa with Scandinavian hot baths, cold plunges, steam rooms, and a Finnish sauna.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests, manage check-in, and explain spa procedures.
• Respond to email, phone, booking, and guest-service needs.
• Support locker rooms, common areas, laundry, and safe guest flow with the spa team.

Requirements

• Friendly guest-service presence.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a close team and keep detail-oriented front-desk standards.
