Front Desk Attendant / Spa Receptionist

Welcome guests for AIRE Chicago's reopening, manage check-in and check-out flow, and support polished bathhouse reception service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and set the tone for the bathhouse experience.
• Operate AIRE's reservation and payment systems while answering guest questions clearly.
• Maintain reception presentation and coordinate with spa, attendant, and management teams.

Requirements

• Direct hospitality customer-service experience is required.
• Luxury business or spa experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, reliability, and flexible scheduling for business needs.

Compensation and benefits

$20 / hr + tips
