Sauna Operations Staff (Full-time)

Support Sauna Tokyo's bathing-floor, front-desk, event, cleaning, and food-service operations at its Akasaka public sauna.

Responsibilities

• Run front-desk and bathing-floor routines while assisting guests.
• Keep sauna, changing, and shared areas clean, stocked, and operating smoothly.
• Support food service, events, and frequent Aufguss programming across the venue.

Requirements

• Hospitality, public-bath, food-service, cleaning, or operations interest.
• Reliable full-time shift availability in an active sauna venue.
• Japanese-language guest communication and team coordination.

Compensation and benefits

JPY ¥250,000-¥400,000 / month
