General Manager

Lead Bathhouse Philadelphia's opening and operating rhythm across a 34,000 sq ft thermal, treatment, restaurant, and guest-service space.

Responsibilities

• Own full-location operations, guest experience, staffing, and department performance.
• Lead managers across amenities, guest services, therapies, restaurant, facilities, and housekeeping.
• Manage opening standards, labor, revenue, safety, and service consistency for the Philadelphia team.

Requirements

• Senior hospitality, spa, wellness, restaurant, hotel, fitness, or retail operations leadership.
• Experience leading managers, managing labor and P&L, and improving service operations.
• Strong opening, launch, or high-volume operating discipline.

Compensation and benefits

$80k-$100k / yr
