Support guests through Thermae Bath Spa, the natural thermal baths in Bath, maintaining the pool areas and keeping the spa in order. Permanent, 37.5 hours a week on shifts between 8:00 and 21:30, including some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support each guest's journey through the spa.
- Maintain the pool areas.
- Keep the spa orderly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Superb customer-service skills and an exceptional standard of personal presentation.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Compensation and benefits
GBP £12.71 / hour plus benefits
- Use of Thermae Bath Spa with three guests up to 12 times a year.
- Incentive payments and a £500 referral bonus.
