Front desk of Scandinave Spa Whistler's thermal baths, full-time or part-time: welcome bathers, explain the Thermal Journey and the silence rule, take bookings, and keep the change rooms, towels, robes and locker keys in order.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and explain the Thermal Journey, massage services and the spa's silence and digital-detox rule.
- Open and close the front desk and take reservations for the baths and massages, gift cards and boutique and bistro sales in TAC or Zenoti.
- Keep reception, the lobby, bathrooms and change rooms clean and orderly.
- Control and hand out locker keys, towels and bathrobes, and keep towels, robes and spa supplies stocked.
- Manage the guest waitlist and support group bookings under the team lead.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Clear verbal and written communication; calm under pressure.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation and benefits
CAD 21.48 / hour (advert prints "$"); full-time or part-time
