Guest Experience (Male Locker)

Maintain AIRE Ancient Baths' Upper East Side locker-room guest experience, cleanliness, laundry flow, amenities, and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support guests in the changing-room area and keep locker, shower, towel, amenity, and common areas pristine.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, floors, benches, lockers, and high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor supplies, laundry, guest comfort, privacy, safety, and communication with the broader AIRE team.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, gym, housekeeping, or guest-service experience is preferred.
• Detail orientation, professional appearance, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer-oriented communication and comfort working in a luxury bathhouse environment.

Compensation and benefits
