Guest Experience Specialist
Minneapolis, MN · Part-time · Starts at $17.00 / hour, with an opportunity for an increase after the first three months
Run the shift at Embrace North's Minneapolis bathhouse in Marcy Holmes: greet and check in members, teach safe sauna and cold-plunge use, and keep the space clean, usually as the only person in the building.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in every member with warmth, the nervous first-timer most of all.
- Teach members to use the sauna and cold plunge safely.
- Use the systems for check-ins and accounts, and keep waivers and member guidance accurate.
- Keep the space clean, stocked and organised, following the cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Watch for safety issues, report them right away, and hand the next shift a clean space.
Requirements
- Able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, with at least two shifts a month.
- Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation and staying organised.
- Open-minded, and able to give and take honest feedback.
- Preferred: customer service, facility maintenance or hospitality experience, and an understanding of water chemistry and pool or spa operations.
