Welcome Sauna House Bonita Springs guests, manage front-desk flow, and support a calm contrast-therapy bathhouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide arrivals and departures while helping first-time and returning guests feel oriented and cared for.
• Manage phone calls, emails, bookings, check-in, check-out, billing, and guest questions.
• Keep the facility clean, stocked, and aligned with Sauna House hospitality standards during service.

Requirements

• Hospitality, customer-service, or wellness interest.
• Curiosity for contrast therapy and attention to facility presentation.
• Night and weekend availability is preferred.
