Guest Service Coordinator Hospitality Ambassador

Welcome Sauna House Bonita Springs guests, manage front-desk flow, and support a calm contrast-therapy bathhouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide arrivals and departures while helping first-time and returning guests feel oriented and cared for.
• Manage phone calls, emails, bookings, check-in, check-out, billing, and guest questions.
• Keep the bathhouse clean and stocked, monitor sauna and cold-pool functionality, and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Hospitality, customer-service, or wellness interest.
• Curiosity for contrast therapy and attention to facility presentation.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds and work in hot and cold environments.

Compensation and benefits

From $17 / hour, plus membership and retail incentives
