Keep World Spa's locker rooms, lounge and guest areas clean and stocked, issue lockers, robes and slippers, and orient guests to the spa facilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the locker and facility areas to keep the spa safe, clean and organised.
- Spot-clean locker rooms, showers, sinks and lavatories throughout the day.
- Issue lockers, robes and slippers, escort guests and give orientation tours of the spa amenities.
- Gather, wash, dry and fold linens and restock locker-room supplies and amenities.
- Keep supply inventories and clear lockers left outside locker policy.
Requirements
- Customer-centric service attitude.
- Comfortable with frequent cleaning in wet locker-room areas.
- Able to answer phones and promote spa services and programmes.
Compensation and benefits
$18-$22 / hour
- Official World Spa ADP listing.
- Facilities support role in a large Brooklyn bathhouse and spa.
- Hourly pay range published by the employer.
