Housekeeping Manager

Launch and lead housekeeping at AIRE Ancient Baths Los Angeles: linen operations and the cleanliness of the locker rooms and transition spaces between the baths.
Responsibilities
- Keep every guest area, especially the locker rooms and transition spaces, clean and to AIRE's standards.
- Supervise detailed cleaning, sanitisation and maintenance protocols.
- Run the Housekeeping department day to day with Front Desk and Maintenance, and lead daily briefings.
- Manage housekeeping inventory: supplies, linen, amenities and guest-care products.
- Lead, train and schedule the Housekeeping team and report daily and weekly to centre management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years leading a housekeeping or guest-service team (required).
- Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness or a related sector (required).
- Flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays, especially during opening.
Compensation and benefits
$75,000-$80,000 / year
