Mitarbeiter Lagerlogistik & Warenwirtschaft (m/w/d) Therme Erding in Vollzei

Keep Therme Erding's restaurants and bars supplied: receive, check and store the food, drink and consumables for the Therme's gastronomy, run stock control and inventory, and pick goods for the outlets on time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and document deliveries of food, drink and consumables.
• Check deliveries for completeness, quality, temperature and hygiene compliance.
• Store goods correctly under HACCP rules and first-in, first-out rotation.
• Monitor stock levels, carry out regular inventories and document goods movements.
• Pick and supply goods to the gastronomy outlets on schedule.
• Support ordering, demand planning and stock optimisation.
• Keep the whole warehouse clean, orderly and safe, and coordinate with suppliers and the gastronomy teams.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachlagerist (warehouse specialist) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally experience in warehouse logistics, food supply or gastronomy; HACCP knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with inventory-management systems and confident MS Office skills.
• Good spoken and written German; English is an advantage.
• Physical fitness and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Mainly weekday work, with weekends and public holidays when needed.
