Responsibilities
- Monitor pools, saunas, and wet areas throughout day and evening service.
- Support guest safety, cleanliness, and amenity readiness.
- Escalate incidents, maintenance issues, and guest needs to the appropriate teammates.
Requirements
- Safety-minded, attentive, and comfortable in active pool and sauna environments.
- Lifeguard, CPR, first aid, hospitality, or pool-attendant experience is helpful.
- Reliable communication and detail-oriented cleanliness standards.
