Lifeguard Attendant

Monitor Bathhouse Flatiron's pools, saunas, and wet areas while helping keep guest spaces safe, calm, clean, and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pools, saunas, and wet areas throughout day and evening service.
• Support guest safety, cleanliness, and amenity readiness.
• Escalate incidents, maintenance issues, and guest needs to the appropriate teammates.

Requirements

• Safety-minded, attentive, and comfortable in active pool and sauna environments.
• Lifeguard, CPR, first aid, hospitality, or pool-attendant experience is helpful.
• Reliable communication and detail-oriented cleanliness standards.

Compensation and benefits

$22-$25 / hr
