Maintenance Manager

Run maintenance at Scandinave Spa Whistler: the pools, baths and steam rooms, their mechanical plant and pool-water quality, preventive maintenance and renovations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the spa's buildings, mechanical equipment, pools, baths and steam rooms.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team.
- Run preventive maintenance and long-term planning.
- Monitor pool and spa water quality and resolve complex water and equipment issues.
- Coordinate renovations and subcontractors; manage supplies and vendors.
- Oversee site safety and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Building maintenance with plumbing, electrical or carpentry; trade qualifications highly regarded.
- Commercial pool operations an asset.
- BC driver's licence and clear criminal record check.
