Maintenance Supervisor

Support the Maintenance Manager in running day-to-day maintenance at AIRE Ancient Baths' new Los Angeles facility, combining hands-on technical work with team coordination across the bath's water and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance as part of the department's rotation while supporting onboarding, training and development of Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out to company procedure and local regulation.
• Support the operation and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and water-treatment systems.
• Support monitoring of pool conditions, temperature, filtration, cleaning and disinfection standards.
• Identify necessary repairs, improvements and investments and communicate them to the Facilities Manager.
• Monitor maintenance stock and supplies and coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.
• Plan and supervise daily work, shifts, absences, holidays and schedule changes, and join daily operational briefings.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, safety and compliance records.

Requirements

• Hands-on maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience supporting water-treatment and pool systems, including filtration and disinfection standards.
• Team coordination experience covering training, scheduling and daily planning.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety principles and local regulation.
