Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

Maintain AIRE Chicago's pools, water systems, equipment, and guest-facing facility on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain eight pools, including water chemistry, temperature, cleanliness, and operating condition.
• Complete preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, inspections, checklists, stock control, and facility reports.
• Identify repair needs and coordinate safe, reliable operation across the bathhouse.

Requirements

• One to three years of maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, electricity, HVAC, water treatment, boilers, and plumbing; CPO certification is a plus.
• Ability to work around water and chemicals, lift up to 60 pounds, and cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and benefits

$25 / hr

• Hands-on responsibility for a specialized thermal-bathhouse water system.
• Official AIRE Teamtailor role with an employer-published hourly rate.
