Lead Scandinave Spa Whistler's overnight cleaning team, keeping the hot pools, saunas, steam rooms, solariums, locker rooms and reception spotless for the next day.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Night Cleaning Team, share out the nightly tasks and supervise the team's daily needs.
- Help with training, feedback and coaching alongside the Night Housekeeping Supervisor and the Spa Experience & Housekeeping Manager.
- Keep the indoor areas clean: reception, reservations, locker rooms, treatment rooms and offices.
- Keep the outdoor bathing areas clean: hot pools, saunas, steam rooms and solariums.
- Run weekly and monthly checks of cleaning supplies and report supplies, repairs and team issues to management.
Requirements
- At least one year of cleaning experience; overnight-shift experience preferred.
- Demonstrated team leadership and attention to detail.
- Able to lift 50 lb.
- A clear criminal record check.
