Sauna Operations Staff (Night)

Keep Sauna Tokyo's Akasaka public sauna safe, clean, stocked, and guest-ready during overnight operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Support guests and monitor sauna and bathing-floor conditions during night shifts.
• Clean, restock, and reset changing, bathing, and common areas.
• Follow overnight safety, closing, opening, and incident procedures.

Requirements

• Reliable overnight availability and comfort working in a public bathing facility.
• Strong cleanliness, safety, and guest-service habits.
• Japanese-language communication and calm independent judgment.

Compensation and benefits

JPY ¥1,500+ / hr

• Official Sauna Tokyo AirWORK night-operations role.
• Dedicated shift in a high-volume public sauna.
• Hourly pay published by the employer.
