Yora Front Desk Supervisor

Lead day-to-day front desk operations at Yora Nordic Spa Kananaskis and coach the concierge team: check-ins, reservations, payments and locker assignments, guest flow into the thermal circuit, and opening, closing and cash reconciliation. Reports to the Front Desk Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team through guest arrivals, check-ins and departures, and resolve guest concerns.
• Make sure reservations, check-ins, payments, locker assignments and guest communications are completed accurately.
• Monitor guest flow, wait times, staffing and service levels through each shift.
• Keep the front desk and arrival areas clean, organised and presentable.
• Support opening, closing, cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Coach, train and onboard concierge team members, and support retail, membership and upgrade sales.

Requirements

• Two to four years in hospitality, wellness, luxury hotels or premium guest service; supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems, PMS, POS and workforce management systems.
• Flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with occasional duties in outdoor spa areas and wet or slippery surfaces.
