Operations Manager
Seattle, WA · Full-time · $85,000–$100,000/year plus a seasonal bonus
Run the daily operation of Bywater's mobile saunas in Seattle — sessions, maintenance of the saunas, trucks and trailers, permits and the host team.
Responsibilities
- Build systems for maintenance, inventory, safety and cleaning.
- Run daily sessions, equipment and permits.
- Manage repairs across the saunas, trucks and trailers.
- Set preventive maintenance: deep cleans, sanding and oiling benches, stoves.
- Hire, train and coach hosts and drivers, and open new sites.
Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability; 50–60-hour weeks October–March.
- Handy, or able to manage specialists; lifting up to 50 lb.
- Contracting, facilities or fleet experience helpful.
Compensation and benefits
$85,000–$100,000/year plus a seasonal bonus
- 15 days PTO.
