Operations Manager

Run daily operations at AIRE Ancient Baths Toronto, in a 1912 Fashion District building with a dry sauna, jet baths and an indoor/outdoor bath area: coordinate every department, manage the department heads, own compliance and service recovery, and stand in for the Site Director.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating across all departments.
• Implement brand policies, procedures and service protocols, and maintain quality to global AIRE standards.
• Monitor operational reports and KPIs, and support inventory, procurement and supplier communication.
• Oversee health and safety, legal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage the department heads directly: briefings, one-to-ones, performance reviews and development plans.
• Track guest satisfaction (e.g. NPS), lead improvement work and act as the escalation point for complex service incidents.
• Deputise for the Site Director in their absence.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism or business.
• 3+ years leading complex operations in a luxury spa, wellness, fitness, F&B or hospitality setting.
• 3+ years directly managing teams across several departments.
• Experience reading operational reports, managing customer satisfaction, and overseeing inventory, third-party vendors and quality assurance, including legal and OSHA-related requirements.

Compensation and benefits

CAD 100,000–115,000 / year plus a bonus opportunity
