Receptionist

Support AIRE London's front-desk guest journey across arrivals, check-in, questions, waiting-area hospitality, and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and guide guests through reception and arrival flow.
• Answer incoming calls and emails while resolving guest questions and complaints.
• Support waiting-area amenities and identify appropriate upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Hospitality-industry experience.
• Professional English and strong guest-service communication.
• Availability for a permanent 26-hour weekly schedule including varied shifts.

Compensation and benefits

GBP £13.41 / hr + tips
