Receptionist (Zero-Hours)

Manage guest arrivals, front-desk activity, and waiting-area service at AIRE London's award-winning bathhouse.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and escort guests through reception and arrival flow.
• Answer incoming calls and emails while addressing guest questions and complaints.
• Support amenities during waiting periods and create sales opportunities through upselling.

Requirements

• Hospitality-industry experience.
• Professional English and strong customer-oriented interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
