Reservationist

Manage guest reservations and service questions for Bathhouse's Brooklyn thermal-bathing venues through a reactivated official opening.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests, guest questions, account changes, and service recovery across phone and digital channels.
• Explain Bathhouse amenities, policies, and booking options accurately.
• Coordinate with front desk and operating teams so guest visits run smoothly.

Requirements

• Customer support, reservations, hospitality, or high-volume guest-service experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication plus strong organization.
• Comfort learning booking systems and Bathhouse services.

Compensation and benefits

$30-$32 / hr
