Reservationist

Support reservations, guest questions, and booking flow for Bathhouse's New York thermal-bathing operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation and service inquiries across phone, email, and booking channels.
• Help guests understand amenities, availability, policies, and visit logistics.
• Coordinate with venue teams on account changes, exceptions, and guest recovery.

Requirements

• Customer-service, reservations, hospitality, or contact-center experience.
• Accurate written communication and confidence handling multiple guest requests.
• Reliable schedule availability in a high-volume wellness operation.

Compensation and benefits

$25-$30 / hr
