Reservationist

Manage Bathhouse Philadelphia guest inquiries, reservations, and pre-arrival support for sauna, bathing, and wellness visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, online, and social inquiries with accurate information about services, pricing, policies, and availability.
• Book, adjust, and document appointments in Zendesk and reservation systems.
• Coordinate with on-site teams so guests arrive informed, welcomed, and ready for their bathhouse experience.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, wellness, reservations, or customer-service experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in an active service environment.

Compensation and benefits

$25 / hr
