Take bookings for Scandinave Spa Whistler's Thermal Journey and massage services by phone and email, sell packages and gift cards, and staff the Massage Pavilion check-in desk.
Responsibilities
- Answer the spa's calls, voicemails and emails and book the Thermal Journey and massage services in Zenoti.
- Find out what guests need and offer services, upgrades and packages; report on revenue activity.
- Handle gift cards and packages and support group bookings as directed by Sales and Marketing.
- Staff the Massage Pavilion check-in desk through the day.
Requirements
- Customer-service or reservations experience.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
