Coordinate the operations team at Strøm spa nordique in Piedmont (Saint-Sauveur) on evenings and weekends, 20–25 hours a week: start-up of the thermal installations, cleanliness and guest guidance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and take part in starting up the steam bath, sauna and relaxation areas at opening and closing.
- Keep the site spotlessly clean and guide guests through the thermal circuit.
- Flag faulty equipment and support preventive maintenance.
- Train new staff and cover for the operations manager.
Requirements
- Two to five years' experience, including at least one year coordinating a team.
