Welcome and guide guests at Saunawelt's Houston-area European-style sauna house while maintaining sauna, lounge, linen, retail, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, guide them through the sauna experience, and maintain a calm hospitality presence.
- Keep saunas, lounge spaces, linens, and ritual preparations clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Represent Saunawelt's offerings while supporting sales, booking systems, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older with at least two years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, teaching, or premium retail.
- Excellent English communication, attention to detail, and comfort using booking, retail, office, or similar computer systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs., work around heat and cool-mist conditions, and cover weekends or public holidays.
