Sauna Host/Hostess

Host Tality Wellness guests at the Shipyards by operating the sauna and cold tubs, guiding the hot-cold experience, and keeping the venue clean, organized, and ready for each session.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and tend the sauna, prepare the cold tubs, and monitor heat, steam, lighting, music, and the wider guest atmosphere.
• Clean cold-tub filters, vacuum or skim debris, and monitor cold-tub water cleanliness throughout service.
• Orient and check in guests, provide reception and point-of-sale service, and manage transitions between sessions.
• Manage laundry between Tality's two studio locations, keep the space organized, and troubleshoot operating issues as they arise.
• Handle kombucha kegs, ignite propane appliances, tend plants, and complete other hands-on venue-readiness work.

Requirements

• Availability for weekend shifts from Friday through Sunday; most available hours are evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, punctual, reliable service with close attention to detail, checklists, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and complete general labor in an active sauna and cold-plunge environment.
• A valid driver's licence plus reliable access to a personal vehicle or comfort using the company van.
