Responsibilities
- Support the front desk, bathing-floor operations, cleaning, and food service overnight.
- Help keep the facility safe, clean, and ready for guests during late-night shifts.
Requirements
- No prior industry experience is required.
- Available for three-to-eight-hour shifts within the 11 p.m.-9 a.m. overnight window.
- Sauna, public-bath, sales, or food-service experience is welcomed.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 1,550 or more per hour, including the night premium
- Commuting support up to JPY 1,000 per day, staff meals, and facility discounts.
