Saunamitarbeiter (m|w|d)

Prepare and lead Aufguss ceremonies, advise guests, and protect hygiene and presentation across aquaLaatzium's 14-sauna landscape and sauna village.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and independently deliver the venue's Aufguss ceremonies.
• Support sauna guests through advice, service, and a calm guest experience.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the sauna work area.

Requirements

• Physical fitness, communication skills, and a strong interest in sauna culture.
• Guest-service confidence, reliability, creativity, and a well-presented manner.
• Career changers are welcome and receive technical sauna training.
