Run shifts in the bath and sauna area of the Kristall therme at Schwangau: rosters, staff, safety and hygiene, pool supervision and sauna Aufguss.
Responsibilities
- Organise and lead the shift with the bath and operations management.
- Plan rosters and instruct and onboard staff.
- Keep the bath and sauna area safe, orderly, clean and hygienic.
- Supervise the pools and give rescue and first aid when needed.
- Prepare and run sauna Aufgüsse, special sauna offers and water gymnastics, and log hygiene checks and cleaning.
Requirements
- Thermal-bath, bathing or sauna experience preferred; career changers welcome.
- German lifesaving badge (Rettungsschwimmer) at least Silver with current proof, and current first aid.
- Aufguss and first leadership experience are a plus.
- Shift, weekend and public-holiday work.
Compensation and benefits
Pay not published ("above-average monthly pay" plus a shift-lead allowance)
- Shift-lead allowance and Sunday, night and holiday supplements.
- €50 a month in kind for full-time staff and help finding housing.
