Senior R&D Hardware Engineer – Steam Products Engineering

Develop electronic hardware for Kohler's explicitly named Steam Products Engineering group, covering new bath and steam products, PCB design, validation, certification, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electronic hardware development for new steam and bath products.
• Design PCBs, build samples, validate components, and manage bills of material.
• Support product certification, quality improvements, benchmarking, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Electronic engineering or related degree.
• Ten or more years of R&D hardware-design experience, including PCB artwork tools such as PADS.
• Bath-appliance hardware experience and business English are preferred.
