Responsibilities
- Serve guests and handle reservations and reception.
- Order supplies and amenities.
- Help build staff shifts.
- Support social media and event planning.
- Step up to store manager in as little as eight months.
Requirements
- Experience in service or retail, store management or supervising staff.
Compensation and benefits
Pay not carried: the advert's fixed-overtime and annual figures contradict each other (overtime given as ¥58,339 and ¥34,375; an annual range below its own monthly ceiling)
- Two bonuses a year.
- Commuting allowance up to ¥20,000 a month.
- Social insurance and 120 days off a year.
