Shift Manager

Oversee daily Bathhouse Downtown Brooklyn operations across guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, facilities, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day bathhouse floor operations and shift communication.
• Support department leads with staffing, cleanliness, guest recovery, and service standards.
• Escalate maintenance, safety, and guest-experience issues during active service.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, wellness, restaurant, hotel, retail, or fitness leadership experience.
• Comfort supervising multiple departments during high-touch service.
• Clear communication, calm judgment, and practical operating discipline.
