Site Director - Los Angeles

Lead AIRE Ancient Baths' Los Angeles location across guest experience, facility presentation, commercial performance, and team operations.

Responsibilities

• Own daily bathhouse operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and local compliance.
• Lead department managers and build a high-performing luxury wellness hospitality team.
• Oversee facility maintenance, vendor coordination, purchasing, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Three or more years as a general manager, site director, hotel manager, or similar senior operating leader.
• Luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or premium fitness operating experience.
• Strong financial acumen, people leadership, and opening or scaling-location experience.
