Run the evening spa desk at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort, the spring-fed bathing resort: schedule spa services, pool time and spa groups, open and close the spa, and welcome and tour guests.
Responsibilities
- Schedule spa services, the pools and spa groups, and book guest appointments.
- Open and close the spa, handle cash and work the opening, ongoing and closing checklists.
- Greet guests, explain the spa menu and tour them through the spa facility.
- Keep the front desk and lobby in order and merchandise the retail area.
- Help with the monthly retail inventory and cover the Spa Attendant role when needed.
Requirements
- Two years of spa or hotel front-desk or retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma; CPR certification preferred.
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to work around heat and steam and lift up to 40 pounds.
