Deputise for the sauna manager at aquaLaatzium's 11-sauna Saunawelt in Laatzen, running the daily sauna operation, leading the team, and preparing and performing the venue's Aufguss ceremonies.

Tehtävät

  • Support the sauna management in organising and steering the daily sauna operation.
  • Take responsibility for the team and act as the day-to-day point of contact for colleagues.
  • Prepare and independently perform the venue's Aufguss ceremonies.
  • Develop the Saunawelt's routines, offers, and Aufguss concepts.
  • Hold quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across the area of responsibility.
  • Lead the sauna area and keep the operation running in the sauna manager's absence.
