Stellvertr. Saunaleitung (m|w|d) in Vollzeit

Deputise for the sauna manager at aquaLaatzium's 11-sauna Saunawelt in Laatzen, running the daily sauna operation, leading the team, and preparing and performing the venue's Aufguss ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Support the sauna management in organising and steering the daily sauna operation.
• Take responsibility for the team and act as the day-to-day point of contact for colleagues.
• Prepare and independently perform the venue's Aufguss ceremonies.
• Develop the Saunawelt's routines, offers, and Aufguss concepts.
• Hold quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across the area of responsibility.
• Lead the sauna area and keep the operation running in the sauna manager's absence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and genuine enthusiasm for sauna, wellness, and guest wellbeing.
• Ideally experience leading and motivating teams.
• Physical resilience and good general fitness.
• Communicative, confident, reliable, and solution-oriented, with a well-presented manner.
• Creativity and willingness to develop and implement own ideas.
