Plan and run the thermal-circuit operation and guest service at Strøm spa nordique in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, a full-time 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Guide guests through the thermal circuit and explain its rules.
- Plan, coordinate and take part in opening and closing the steam bath, sauna and relaxation areas.
- Keep the site clean; oversee landscaping and minor repairs.
- Recruit, train and schedule the team; manage the department budget.
Requirements
- At least three years of team management.
