Sell memberships and guide guests through infrared-sauna and cold-plunge contrast sessions at SweatHouz's Horizon West studio near Orlando, keeping private suites turned over between visits.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell studio memberships, packages, and retail to guests and members.
- Greet guests and escort them to their private contrast-therapy suites.
- Clean and prepare suites between sessions and inspect them against studio standards.
- Manage towel laundry so clean linens are always available.
- Work with the studio manager on sales targets and member retention.
Requirements
- One or more years in sales or customer service.
- High-school diploma or GED.
- CPR and first-aid certification.
- Weekend availability; membership-sales experience is a significant advantage.
Compensation and benefits
$17-$20 / hr plus a monthly team bonus
