Responsibilities

• Open and close the studio and manage appointments, check-in, checkout, calls, emails, and guest questions.
• Complete light cleaning, laundry, towel folding, restocking, and daily studio upkeep.
• Support guests through cold-plunge and sauna experiences and share appropriate product and wellness information.

• Warm, friendly, and service-oriented communication.
• Reliable, detail-focused work across a changing mix of front-desk and studio tasks.
