Run the front desk of MindFuel Method's sauna and cold-plunge studio in Pittsburgh and help guests through their contrast sessions.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage bookings, memberships and payments.
- Answer phone, email and text enquiries.
- Clean and reset the studio; open and close.
- Help guests move between sauna and cold plunge and keep the safety rules.
- Cross-train to run Open Flow sauna and plunge sessions.
Requirements
- Front-desk or customer-service experience.
- Two to three shifts a week.
- Comfortable with heat, cold and lifting 25 lb.
